Terms of Service

SmartPromptAgents lets you build, test, deploy, and manage AI agents — including via our dashboard, REST API, and embeddable chat widget.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before changes affect you. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Exceed plan rate limits or resell the Service without authorization.
• Provide regulated professional advice (financial, legal, medical, etc.) through agents without appropriate disclaimers and authority.

You retain ownership of the prompts, instructions, and data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content to operate the Service, including sending it to AI providers to generate responses.

If you supply your own AI provider keys ("bring your own key"), you are responsible for complying with those providers' terms and for any usage and charges incurred.

The Service integrates third-party services that have their own terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for the websites where you deploy our widget, including any disclosures required by law and for the conduct of agents you make publicly available.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SmartPromptAgents and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPromptAgents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold SmartPromptAgents harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, agents you deploy, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
